For outside of hours business emergency problems, please complete the contact form, choosing the “emergency” option. We will do our best to get in contact with you if possible.
Appointments outside of our normal operating hours attract a +30% surcharge on labour time & call out fees.
The business mobile phone is unattended outside of business hours, so using the emergency contact form is the best way to reach us in the event of an IT emergency.

Tech Heads IT Services is owned and operated by Anthony Parker.
We officially opened for trade August 2010; providing high-quality, affordable, IT support services for residential & small-medium business clients.
As a qualified IT specialist I have a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology & Systems from Monash University and an Advanced Diploma in Multimedia from Swinburne University of Technology.
Beyond that, I’ve been building and working on various computer systems since 1995.
In my spare time I’m a music fan, play drums in various bands, travel, am interested in sports & fitness, playing basketball weekly and enjoy participating in charity fun-runs with family and friends.
