Our Tech Heads technicians are available 24/7 by appointment for on-site IT technical support, for Melbourne based clients and on-site IT support for interstate SMB clients.

On-site support visit’s are typically 1-2 hours, although for any larger projects please contact us and we can quote an estimate on how long and costs associated with your IT project.

Whether it is networking problems, server configuration, physical hardware changes & system upgrades; when their is more substantial work to be done across multiple computers, on-site support is typically the best way to address it.

IT support outside of our business hours is available, although incurs a +25% service fee on labour fees, please see the contact us page for our operating hours.
