On-site IT technical support

Our technicians are available 24/7 by appointment for on-site IT support, for Melbourne based clients as well as on-site support for interstate SMB clients.

On-site visits are typically 1-2 hours; for larger projects, please contact us and we'll quote an estimate on time and cost.

Whether it's networking problems, server configuration, physical hardware changes or system upgrades, on-site support is typically the best way to address more substantial work across multiple computers.

IT support outside of our business hours is available, although incurs a +25% service fee on labour fees, please see the contact us page for our operating hours.

Mt computer died on New Year's eve and to my absolute horror, the external drive containing my backup stopped working.

I desperately needed a fast computer for video and stills editing and I thought about going to the usual retailers but I had never been completely satisfied with previous computers I had bought.

Until now! Anthony built me an awesome computer that does exactly what he said it would. My workflow speed has increased so much that I now look forward to editing. I know my PC will do the job as quickly as I need it to and without crashing. It's awesome.

Anthony provides a professional, efficient service and is someone you can trust with all of your tech needs. I nearly lost 6 months worth of data on my phone because I didnt back it up and all apple could do was reset my iphone.
